Stand Firm: DiscipleSHIFT Conference
Stand Firm is a free conference funded by Klondike Church in partnership with faithful pastors in our community to help equip believers to Stand Firm in their faith. There will be children’s sessions provided during all main sessions. Registration will be required and is opening soon! Our Speakers:
Brent Allen received an undergraduate Business Administration degree and a Master of Art in Religious and Theological Studies degree from the University of Mobile in Mobile, AL. He received a Doctor of Ministry (DMin) from Liberty University is Lynchburg, VA. Brent serves as the Director of Youth at Concord Presbyterian Church in Gulf Breeze, FL., and C.O.O./C.F.O. of Cornerstone Properties of Northwest Florida. For 12 years, Brent served as the Director of First Priority of the Central Gulf Coast followed by an additional 12 years at the Family and Missions Pastor at First Baptist Church of Gulf Breeze in Gulf Breeze, Florida. Brent has been married to his bride Wendy since 2001 and they have four wonderful children.
Frank Butler is a graduate of Boyce College with a degree in Biblical and Theological studies. He has served in different positions in church life and has been an Elder at Klondike Church since 2021. He is also a founding leader of Pro Rege Classical Academy, a Christian School in the Pensacola area. He is passionate about apologetics, church history, and Christian worldview, and has been privileged to participate in public debates as well as teach apologetics in the Church. He is blessed to be married to his wife (Julia), and the father of six beautiful children.
Eric Hovind grew up immersed in the world of apologetics and following college graduation in 1999, he began full-time ministry. After watching “Hell’s Best Kept Secret“ by Ray Comfort, Eric came to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ with a desire to make Him known throughout the world. President and Founder of Pensacola-based organization, Creation Today, Eric’s passion to reach people with the life-changing message of the Gospel has driven him to speak over 5,000 times in eight foreign countries and all fifty states. Eric has produced more than 300 episodes of The Creation Today Show which broadcasts on four continents, equipping thousands with the absolute truth of God’s Word beginning in Genesis. The Creation Today website reaches 190 countries and passes the ultimate success test measured in transformed lives. Eric lives in Pensacola, Florida and is blessed with his wife Tanya and three children.
Brad Livingston is the Lead Pastor of Transformation Church. Pastor Brad has led TC since 2018 to be a church for all people. He believes churches should represent what Heaven will look like, so it’s a priority for TC to be a multi-ethnic, multi-racial, multi-generational congregation, where everyone has a place and a voice. He and his wife Ashley have a heart to see people’s lives transformed through the power of Jesus Christ! He is the founder and an instructor of the Leadership Pipeline, a two year program at Transformation Church.
Bill Tinker serves as pastor at Mobile Highway Baptist. He is a Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary graduate with a Master of Divinity with Biblical Languages. He and his wife, Angela, have served their church family since 1996. They are blessed with two married daughters, and two wonderful grandchildren.
Joshua M. Wallnofer is a graduate of Cairn University, Tyndale Theological Seminary, and Liberty University with a doctoral degree in Theology and Apologetics. He has been in ministry since 2000, and served as Pastor at Klondike Church of Pensacola since 2004. He serves on the board of Creation Today and Pro Rege Classical Academy, and has had the privilege to teach theology classes yearly for Instituto Bíblico Reformado Nueva Providencia, Seminario Reformado Latinoamericano, and the Transformation Church Leadership Pipeline. He teaches Pneumatology, Soteriology, Ecclesiology, and New Testament Narratives classes. He is blessed to be married to his wife, Melissa, and the father of two teenagers.
Lonnie Wesley, III, is the Pastor of the Greater Little Rock Baptist Church. He was born and reared in Pensacola, matriculating through the local school system and graduating from Escambia High School in 1987. He received his initial Christian education at the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, under the watchful eye of his pastor and father, L.D. Wesley, Sr. Pastor Wesley is a graduate of Alabama State University (ASU). After starting on a Master of Arts degree in Christian Education at Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, Wesley finished and was graduated from Selma University in the spring of 2006. He spent time in the National Football League when he interned in the Public Relations offices of the Dallas Cowboys in 1991 and the Cleveland Browns in 1992. He became pastor of the Greater Little Rock Baptist Church family in December of 2004. He holds a doctorate degree in Expository Preaching at Anderson University in Anderson, South Carolina. He is author of the book The Seven: Taking A Closer Look At What It Means To Be A Deacon. Dr. Wesley is married to the former LaTonya Neal of Pensacola, and the couple has three children.
Heath Wilson serves as the Connect and Biblical Soul Care Pastor of Hillcrest Church in Pensacola. Armed with a Master of Divinity in International Church Planting from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Heath and his wife, Elsa, embarked on an extraordinary journey, planting a vibrant church in post-Christian Europe. In 2018, the Wilsons returned to the U.S., where Heath began his ministry at Hillcrest while pursuing a PhD in Applied Theology in Biblical Counseling at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Driven by a deep love for Scripture, Heath thrives on helping people uncover the profound truths of the Bible, offering hope and wisdom to those navigating life’s toughest challenges. Outside of ministry, Heath embraces the joyful chaos of family life with Elsa and their three energetic young boys, who keep their household lively and full of adventure.
Brian J. Wright is a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary (ThM) and received his PhD in New Testament and Early Christian Origins at Ridley College in Melbourne, Australia. He serves as senior pastor of Redeemer Community Church here in Pensacola, and has published more than a dozen books for adults and children, including Communal Reading in the Time of Jesus and God’s Daring Dozen. In addition, his pastoral and academic work have been featured on several Christian media networks, such as Desiring God, The Gospel Coalition, Christianity Today, Crosswalk, and Power for Living. Brian and his wife Daniella are the proud parents of five children.
